Gleam Car Wash is excited to announce we are partnering with Children’s Hospital Colorado to support their Project SEARCH program the entire month of July!
Gleam is matching all donations up to $10,000 and arc Thrift is also matching up to $10,000, for the chance to raise a collective $30,000 for Project SEARCH.
We started Gleam with a focus on giving back to our community in the best ways possible. One of the initiatives we're most proud of is our proactive employment outreach to hire as many people with cognitive disabilities as we can. Typically, between 5 and 20 percent of our staff are individuals on the autism spectrum or who have another cognitive disability.
Project Search supports high school students with significant disabilities as they transition into the workforce. Gleam has already hired three graduates from Project SEARCH!
